My friend has a nitro car, but we can't seem to get it started. When we try to prime it, it just wont work. I put my finger over the carb and pull the pull starter, but no fuel enters the fuel line. What could be wrong here?
Thanks

i took the plunger assembly out of my gas tank and then stuck a screw in the hole lef tby the plunger.
now i can put my finger over the exhaust and pull the starter cord and it primes it.
before i took the plunger assembly out i couldnt prime it that way so maybe you need to do that too.

Have you tried blowing on the pressure line? I find that the easiest way to prime one of my trucks. The other works great with the finger over the exhaust.
If it sill doesn't work maybe it's adjusted too lean and no fuel is getting in?
