There are tons of good buggies out there.

check www.greathobbies.com and look through what they have then go to the local hobby shop to see them in person.

btw, do you want 2wd or 4wd? 1/10 or 1/8? shaft driven or belt driven?

u shud definately get 4wd,

i reccomend 1/10 scale,

1/8 scale is too hard to power with electric for cheap

and i reccomend shaft drive for its simplicty<br type="_moz" />

B44 is a great buggy no doubt but with it being all carbon fiber and aluminum you really don't want to bash with it... not the mention the fact that the kit with no electronics, motor/esc, batteries or radio costs $360 in Canada. Plus it uses saddle pack batteries, as most race oriented buggies do, and are a pita.

For bashing I'd stick with a shaft drive, Tamiya DF-02/03, Kyosho ZX-5, HPI Cyber... etc.

The tamiyas are kits so they need to be built (highly recommend building a kit) and will require motor/esc, servo and radio. Easy to do with the $300 - $350 left over after buying the kit.
