Default Can't get these darn shocks to seal

Traxxas Big Bores on a slash. I've tried 3 methods:
1) Fill with oil, place bladder on top and seal it down on the oil, then put the shock cap on.
2) Fill with oil, put bladder in the shock cap (how the instructions say), put on shock cap.
3) either one of the first 2, but with teflon plumbers tape on the threads.

1 and 2 leak, and the area that is supposed to be filled with air between the bladder and shock cap fills with oil, no matter how many times I try.
3 doesn't leak as much, but the air pocket still fills with oil...

I've gone through about a half of bottle of oil trying to get these darn things working...I've tried all different tightnesses on the caps. It works perfect for a little bit, but then after cycling the shocks for 3 mines or so in my hands it totally messes up. It lasts about 1 run on the slash before the pocket fills with oil....I'm going CRAZY!!!!!!!!!!!![:@][:@]

Are you getting all of the air bubbles out of the shock oil before you seal it up?

yessir, I let them sit for about 15 mins till the oil is crystal clear before I try to put the cap on. And I've given up on the teflon tape, it seems to make it worse, and the shocks should work without it.

I think maybe my bladder is screwed up....I'm trying the one out of one of my ultra shocks to see if it works, seems to be holding up so far.
