OK I see a e maxx on ebay with the Traxxas brushless system. Has any one had experience with this?? I guess its a 3s maxx esc. so only one battery. Will it make the motor/ esc to hot? Top speed? Run times? Wheelies?


I have the vxl rustler now with a 3s batttery. was thinking about getting a roller chassis and doing sommtihng like this...

Assuming it's just one vxl system, it will struggle - overheating big-style, unless geared to the moon (in which case it'll be tediously slow). I am told that it is possible to run e-maxxes with twin vxl systems if both are set up correctly. Generally, I'd steer clear though: if you want a brushless monster get a system that was designed to handle the weight of big trucks i.e. MMM.
