Default Swappin ESC and other stuff.....

I have a Stampede VXL and was thinking of a Castle MM Pro ESC for an upgrade. I also have a Losi DTwith a Sidewinder <strike>4600</strike> 5700 combo that is going to be sold (Savage Flux replacing it) and was wondering what configuration you guys think would be best.

Just swap the Traxxas ESC and run it that way or swap motors with the DT and run the 4600 motor with the Castle Pro ESC?

I dont think I would have any issues either way but I'd like your opinion on this.

Thanks.

EDIT: Sorry, wrong motor. And I'm more of an asphalt guy just so ya know.

I'm a fan of lower kv for offroad use. Many have run the 3500 VXL motor with a castle esc. Nothing but good comments from those who do so. The 3500 is a good motor IMO.

Yeah that blue traxxas motor is a little better than the CM36's.

both options will work fine. I would stick with the vxl motor.
