Default Dumas Airboat conversion submerged prop

*I posted this in the airboat forum and realized its more suited for this one*

I've recently purchased a Dumas swamp buggy with an OS40. This is my second boat and first tunnel. The more I look at it, the more I want to convert it to ELECTRIC with submerged prop, so thats what I am going to do.
Here are my questions: 1.Should I go with 1/4" or 3/16" drive? 2.What brushless motor should I look into to get this thing to 35 mph?
