Default ESC for Astro Ferrite 40 Marine motors?

I’m building a 1/16th scale PT Boat and have 3 Astro Ferrite 40 Marine motors to power the three props. I’m planning on setting it up with two outside (left) props to be on one channel and controlled by one speed controller and the center (right) prop controlled by another channel and its own esc. I’m trying to find a suitable reversible esc for the Astro 40 motors that would allow me to power them with up to 18 volts using either NIMH or Lipo batteries. So far the Astro Flight 208D appears to be the best match but it seems rather dated and I’m not sure if it would be compatible with Lipo batteries. As such I’m wondering if anyone knows of an alternative esc that would be suitable. Also I would appreciate hearing any comments or suggestions regarding my proposed set up.
Thanks in advance,
-Val
