Need help to find Quality ESC for a 1/32 tugboat powered by 12v AGM auto battery.

Check Hobby King. They have some brushed ESC's. I assume it's a brushed motor.

That is one big brushless motor! Any brushless ESC capable of 4S and 80+ amps should work. Water cooled is best. Your amp draw will depend on the prop you choose. I have no experience with submerged props of the size needed for this boat.
