melted the original esc, ordered new one 60 amp from aquacraft, went though the programming setup, for throttle it beeped once, I released, it beeped 3 times then thee throttle work for a second only, then quit, unplug batts, turn rx off go through motions again same results, have throttle for couple secs then it quits
what am I doing wrong

If the throttle trim on the control is advance too much it will do that.

Set the throttle trim to 2 O'Clock.

It happened to me a few times before.

I will try that next, right now when I plug 2nd batt in it beeps continuous
can push throttle fwd and it quits but still no throttle action

Some control have a switch to reverse things.

For example you normally would squeeze the trigger for forward but if the switch is reverse squeezing the trigger is reverse.

So check to be sure that's not the case.

They is a circular switch for the steering and one for the throttle.

If the arrow for throttle is set to advance. Example 4 o'clock, you may have the problem you are referring too.

Set it to 2 O'clock.

thanks for all the help guys, I called aquacraft today and we deemed that one of my batteries has a bad cell
put different set of batteries in the boat and she runs like new again!!!!!!!!
