Default Racing catamaran build , returning to a hobby

Okay so this needs some backstory. When I was about 14 Y/o I built a few rc boats. (not racing, just for fun) Recently I had the urge to give this hobby another try (at age 23 now) Have been out of the business for about 9 years so I need some advice on picking parts.

Goal: make an rc catamaran as fast as mechanically possible

money to spend: about 1000 euros (yes euros since I live in the Netherlands) This does not i clude the hull since that is my DIY project. Hull is about 40-45 inches long

I have the knowledge about the workings of an electric setup but I am willing to get into the nitro stuff as well. Preferably a dual engine setup for max power

so to sum everything up: can someone compile a decent setup of parts that makes my catamaran go as fast as possible? Within the give budget ofcourse
