I have a dumas hotshot.45 that has never had a motor on it. It is a tunnel hull. The boat calls for a .45 outboard motor. The outboard motors are hard to find and all are used. I was referred to OEC. I went online and looked and found a motor. But my question is should I look at an outdrive or should I drill and add a direct drive with steering rudder. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
