i boat a boat named for pantera it is a v hull 46" long the boat is 10 lbs what motor will it take to push that much weight

Is the hull 10 lbs empty? A good sport set up is a large format motor (~56mm x 100+ mm) with a Kv around 800, run on 8S with a minimum 200 amp ESC. Props would range from 70-75 mm in diameter.
