My breakdown of his power density is quite accurate to his own reports look again

Iron losses 280.9 watts
Copper losses.3 watts
Esc 7.2 watt
The battery loses 2.4 watts
His power density is 50.18 Kmē/g
His Kt is 4.81 mNm/amp

And so Steve sent a full cowl as well so Ill actually build 2 boats from this kit . The 3 wing and this 2 wing with MLBoatworks laser cut kit that someone is already inquiring about if I will sell the boat. Gotta have the salt Snorkel!

I plan to put 4 inch ralis in the CF shell with carbon fiber boon that run through the wings and certer section of the hulls to tie everything together.

As a build guide for the 3 wing I used Roger Newton Plans #159 and the recommended build Jig and wing placement templates from them. Ill likely build 2 so I can build both boats at the same time. The angle can be obtained from sheet 3 and the tunnel width from sheet 2.

Did he create the first 3 bladed prop for U-1! Ort explain it to us? I also wonder did he have a 190 plus mph boat in the 60's like Jomes Sr.

Kevin hired some other builder so if anyone else is interested in a 2 wing S or Q sport hydro LMK. I can deliver the boat ready to run and painted for 2000,00 plus shipping! They aren't cheap and its quite a bit of time an labor that goes into it for it to run true and handle well.

If the 41 series Lehner or 4225 scorpion is worth a flip then their editors will drop them in the calculators and telll you the expected performance with an actual boat propeller!

thanks for offering all your know how . The 3d print stator are a real step vorward . i will speak about them with Albert from EOS. The have since so e years new micro 3d printer. They can laser sinter parts the sice of 5 micron.
I've talked to Albert a few times about sintering a few model components with the micro printer method, which instead of insulating material simply have micro gaps that are only kept at a distance with tiny spacer structures. This makes the components stable but insulated against eddy currents in the component itself. I need toroidal cores and a few rectangular components. A coil is wound on the toroidal core and the rectangular parts are exposed to alternating magnetic fields between two Helmholz coils and the heating is recorded over time. This can then be compared very well with all sorts of sheet metal components made from different materials.
You will certainly have a frequency generator to be able to carry out such measurements.
The copper wire bender has now rewound a 12 slot 4 pole motor and inserted the stator into the housing. The winding heads are now much too big and are also still very close to the housing components, which are made of aluminum. They are now properly heated by the alternating fields. Hacker motoren has been doing this for years . They copy the engines and tune them but don't understand that some rules of engine building are easy to follow. Anyone who builds such a beautiful engine heater does not exactly show know-how. It also makes more sense to use a motor that has been wound with multi-wire winding, for example, and therefore has fewer losses in partial-load operation. It can easily be selected with fewer turns because you can fly more energy-efficiently for the approaches or the ascent and then have more capacity in the batteries available and then at top speed flight can afford a higher performance.
We will see, when recalculating the maximum efficiency by no-load current by starting current square root of 1 - and everything squared gives the Lehner the highest efficiency compared to the Scorpion motors from Decker.

See when you build scale boats you dont use manuals from Fabio Buzzi you use a Building Jig.
If you want reality all i have to do is a roll call for the members here that have them.....
The only "builders" that wont have them are building laser cut kits with eazy tabs or people who have never built one
Its a simple reality test. Just ask to see his building Jigs. I have several!! This would be the newest one.
They wont produce one for scale boats or a composite scale or scratch built hull of any kind!
Ad hominem on a forum is absolutely all that is...the proof is in the build!

This was sent to me in email. Its is a Corvus proposition as far as I'm concerned and very illegal in our sanctioned bodies. If it were protested which it wasn't and straight edged that would have been shared with you versus the ad hominem.

Hi Ralph I see you are hanging in there.. You may also be able to create a 3d map in MATLAB. There are some other pc apps like Maple etc. that may do this as well. Its worth it to know at various load point where you really are.
I have to say Im quite disappointed that the academically exempt can;t stand in a Rogerian room with me "the starter".
But anyway look here for props for your boat.
My motors still better than yours but you need some pitch on your large marine engine so look here:
