The modular pieces I wanted to build the 3 wing full Carbon Circus to the door hit me over the head for 893.00 Usd. Its is on the way. i have no idea how long the lay will take since it will not be joined to the center sections. I Also got the FULL cowl because ill have to modify it to make the funny 3 wings style snorkel.

Here's an updated cost summary:
part# SG92102.5-H $525.00 The sponsons will be all carbon fiber, aluminum turn fin bracket, flotation and sponsons joined together.
Center section will be CF unjoined, with partial wing sections
Add Carbon Fiber - sponsons, part# SG92012.5C cowl (special) and wing set $190.00
Other parts lexan canopy & lexan driver included.

And also a RAM wing set @. 25.00.dollars

The shipping to NC was $98.00

So the price is not a bragging price but a good deal in my mind. Those small pieces add up.

Regards
Hubert

This was one of my other considerations but Ive left it for a friend instead.
The Phil Thomas version is pretty nice and would go nice with his Lehners.

I wonder how effective the mid wing is on the Eagle considering it as not a complete to trailing edge aero foil? We also plan to test some hall sensored out runners with the XLX2 . We want to see if we can utilize smart sense and cryo drive technology from castle on the outrunners but these 2 boats I build will be full Neumotors and Castle Creations nothing else.

Regards
Hubert

My guess is that it works as well, aerodynamically, as a contemporary full hull boat. The issue with that boat was that the rear section of the hull had so little buoyancy that it would sink if the boat wasn't moving and got any water in it. Like the four point Circus Circus and Elam Plus hulls, the concept was based on a R/C design and, like the Circus and Elam, what worked in model form didn't translate to a full sized boat.

And so with one of the outrunners on the motor mount end will have this mounted on the shaft and print a fully adjustable rotating bezel that hold the 3 hall switches 30 degrees apart that will observe ROAR hall wiring to a JST connector just like the car in runners. This one came from a BOSCH window drive.
The adjustable then lock down rotating bezel will allow me to statically adjust timing as well.

For the APD. Mine was sent factory direct after testing the beta prototype inverter so it had the leads already soldered on. They are 10 AWG. Im removing them and using crimped lugs and 8 awg with the AMASS connectors for it. Ill use the castles with the XLX2. Most of my power cables will be at least 8 AWG. I have to purchase another one to get for a pair. So thats a pair of APDs a Pair of XLX2 and a pair of HYDRA ICE HV V2 200S
.
What I need to find out is if I can but the marine heatsink for my first XLX2 then I can just buy the other already the hydra version

I love this site. It host beautiful photos..

Regards
Hubert

Good morning,
The insane is 4 weeks out I guess and Steve will let me know when the circus is one the way. I have this style balancer but have a few eelctronic balance ideas. i never really took it serious but if Andy is not doing props the only other person is Brian Buass whom I do not know. So it looks like I may have to finish this round myself.

The engineer from Lehner showed me this dynamic spin balancer for the motor rotors so I was thinking you could also balance the prop this way as well.

The insane mono and hardware is on the way it should be here by Thursday from Cali. I'm totally hyped about it. I have a pretty ambitious project proposed for it.
