Default regarding Speed controller

ihave a 41 inch plastic V hull That has a 550 motor in it.just got the boat and it doesn,t have a speed controller in it. the motor is a purple light super stock . it is a ZYT-550S.DC is 3-9 volts, 1.6 amp 14000 RPM. am running a 7.2 volt system . waswondering if someone could tell me what kind of spd controller to use with this outfit. Would appreciate any info anyone can give me Thank you

Jeti has a number of esc's that will do just fine.
I run the JES350 in my mono1 and mono2 hulls, it is microprocessor controlled, overheating protection, undervoltage detection that allows you to retreive the boat with the last few amps when the batteries are empty (saves a lot of swimming).
