Walkera 380M
Will get this motor from my hobby shop instead of another motor that I have been waiting 4 months for(lucky for me winter is so long here)
just wondering if it is any good. Does anyone have one of these or have experience with them??
how does it compare to the feigao 380 series?? (only motors I have experience of)
link to the specs http://www.walkera.com/en/pro_partic...r=WK-WS-28-001
thanks

RE: Walkera 380M
I have had 2 Walkera 380L motors before in a R/C ducted fan jet. The motors are very very good, lots of tourque and they run fast an cool. But stay away from the walkera ESC's they are shockingly bad.

RE: Walkera 380M
I've not had much experience running the motor but, I do have a small Walkera motor and ESC. The ESC cooked itself when I was trying to set it up on my radio. The little motor, which was too small for my Gecko, overheated in the boat, but otherwise was a decent motor. I would say spend your money on a Feigao or better.

RE: Walkera 380M
thanks for your info.
But after a bit of thinking I decided to get 10 gp2200 4/5 sub-c cells instead.
so I will have 3 6cell packs instead of just one. (already have 9 cells)
