In that case, its a boat inside of a boat. Because it looks like you put the radio box inside of a boat for a jet mount. or something.
Can we get some more pictures? Like of the bottom and a zoom out of the top.

I sat the box in a mono, Ill take some more pics after i get back from the LHS with a new ESC and some foam.

Sorry to be picky, but in that case it is actually a jet motor mount made out of a radio box. But it is interesting. I may need this idea for a jet boat I am working on.

Its a RC boat made out of a Radio box.. period mate, I went and got the battery packs but i like them so much im donating some of my Li-ion cells to the cause, going to run 2s2p and i also picked up a extra 1010c charger and balancer so the wife has her own setup.

If that is basically your completed project, then I stand corrected. That is a radio Box Boat.
I hope you post some video's of it. I don't think the flat front will cut through the water very good though. Maybe you could fabricate a vee front for it.

I was thinking about adding a V nose to it but i was thinking, if she goes slow that could be the best recovery boat EVER, it cant be flipped over, it has more then enough power to wrap a fishing line around your boat (trying to hook the rudder) then get hauled back in to shore, its 100% waterproof and has 4400MAH of Li-Ion battery and a 19turn motor.


On a side note i was thinking about this, If i used a slightly bigger radio box i could run a Jet drive inside like that AND run it out the back of my other boat..built in RTS system...

you know what a cool product would be.
Is like your idea but different. you would buy a "pod" and it would come with everything setup . then you would buy a hull that the pod fit into. . then it would drive just like a boat. but you could buy a V bottom or a cat and the pod would fit into every different design. so you would have a vast majority of boats. do you kinda get it ?
i think it would be great for a new comers

hot idea mate, that might have to be tested, iv got a spare mean machine hull... i could work on twin jetdrive "pod's" for.

That is actually a great idea. It would be like a transferable drop in power system. You could make it fit in many different style boats.
