Default Q about thrust ball bearing

Hello Everyone,
I''ve got everything ready for my M-1 supercat(except the hull that''s taking so long to come from Mr. Fine[sm=frown.gif]).
I''m getting the hardware and electronics ready to install and i''ve got a Q about the thrust ball bearing.
Do I press it up against the motor coupler and the motor mount? Any glueing required?(basically how do you set it up?)

Follow the straight line.

I mounted mine up against the motor mount. No glue required just squeeze the collet on and secure it with the set screw.
