How we decide turning side of props

I want to change my ep boats prop. I have found my props but i dont know the how to decide reverse or straight. If i look the prop opposite it spins counter clockwise. Is it reverse or normal?

normal turns counter-clockwise,when looking at it from the BACK of the boat.

Light it up at some good rpm, and feel if there is a blast of air behind it.
If it is, its spinning the correct way.

Not all propellers spin the same way, and if you didnt pay attention to rotation direction when you bought it, its random wich way it should spin.

That would be left hand prop, that is the norm as stated above

if not, it is an EP boat, you could just switch some wires around from the motor to the esc, and its all fixed anyways

Yes you can change the direction by switching the wires but if he is using a flexcable that is wound for ccw rotation and buys a cw rotation prop by switching the wires to satisfy the direction of his prop it won't be long before the flexcable fails.
