Hi Craig
great Work you have to move the OB more to the tunnel so that the Prop runs there. What prop did you use? How many S ? Take care Axel |

Hi Axel I got some cnc props from offshore electrics. 38mm and 42mm. I used the 38mm first. ran with 4s 7200MAH 40-80C LIPOS. AFTER A MIN THINGS GOT VERY HOT. SO NOT SURE IF i NEED MORE MOTOR. OR MORE MORE CELLS?? WHAT DO YOU THINK. cRAIG
|
Craig i think its a question of adjustment.
can you make a Foto from the side with the hull on a plain hard surface so that i can see the angle of the outbourd and the running height . It looks that the OB is so mounted that the props are full in the water. |

Hi Axel
here you go. I mounted the ob even with the bottom. I am pulling the motors to night and plugging holes. sat. I will move the ob over a 1/2 inch. do I need to move the props up??? |

here is a picture of my sv-43 vee. very cool boats. it will be 61 inches gas.
|
Craig you will be running in a circle. For 19lbs you would need the power of about at least 4-5 KW and you canīt put that thru the OBīs because you are limited by the Flex in the OB and the Propsize.
The best chance i see is using 6 S and motors like https://www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/...?strSearch=h31 or https://www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/...arehouse_.html take care Axel |
