RE: Stepped Synchron Mono Video
MikDee,
Very quick boat, and nice video! Thanks for sharing. Quick couple of questions, towards the beginning of the video, it looked like it was jumping around a lot, does this happen very often with your boat? How big is it? Is it made of plastic or fiberglass or wood? Sorry I'm being so nosy, Sandman |
RE: Stepped Synchron Mono Video
It's Ok, thats why I put it out there, to respond to any comments,,, This is a PIP (stepped) Synchron from [link]http://www.finedesignrc.com[/link] Yes, this boat is kinda skittish because it has 2 deep steps in the bottom of the hull, and I have the batts all the way back against the transom, so it is riding on the edge!,,, u can see still pics of it at my gallery where the video is. It is fiberglass, and good size, 28.5" long, about 8.5" wide, and low & sleek. I also have a yellow Synchron no-step that handles similar, but is less skittish, more stable, I am working on getting it ready to run.

RE: Stepped Synchron Mono Video
Hi, is the hull polyester, or epoxy-glass? I was under the impression that it was epoxy.

I do believe it is epoxy, but I won't swear to it,,, lol,,, I dunno?
