I was wondering what the cheapest upgradable or hobby-level boat there is and if you could give me a link of it?

I ordered the Turbo Vee 2... apparently its parts and setup is very similar to the Hammer suggested in that thread. The turbo vee 2 is an excellent price.. I get mine tues.

Traxxas Blast is a really nice boat that has all sorts of available upgrades. About $119 at Tower Hobbies.
