Just a quick note on Offshore. I just got my first order from them today and they did a terrific job. Everything was there and even a couple of extras e.g. deans plugs for my new batts and a y-harness as replacement for a bullet nut. Really excellent service and fast shipping. This is my first boat and it's going great thanks to the folks on these forums and Steve V at OE. Thanks.

I have always had good service from Steve at offshore. When I bought my Aquajet extreme from them it came with a roll of hockey tape as a bonus. I wasn't expecting that. But it came in very handy.

I try to order as much as possible from Steve at OE. He was a great help in my vill project. He was honest and very helpful. The stuff I ordered was always shipped lightning fast and if something was backordered he kept me in the loop. He responds to emails within 24 hours and really cares about giving great service. He is a credit to this hobby and I wish him many long years in the business. I will be ordering the aquacraft supervee from him when I can dig up the cash :)

Well.. I was going to post some compliments as well but it's all in there, in black and white.
I also order all I need (and available) from them, and shipping is ALWAYS prompt... specially when I always want
things for 'yesterday'. :D

My first order with Steve was a water jacket for my Brushless motor. Service was great and he answered all my email's very fast. I am getting ready to order a new ESC, motor and some little parts from him right now :)

I agree any mistake is a bad mistake. Whether its one time or ten times.
We try everything possible to fix the mistakes asap.

I took my shipping guy out and gave him 10 lashes after the last one. :D

Steven kicks A**! IF your order did get a bit messed up, it's the first I have heard about.. In my opion Steven sales one thing, SERVICE. You can get anything he sales at a few other places, but you can not get his level of service anywere. That is very important to me. I have never gotten any extras in my orders, but I have annoyed him to no end with me baing retarted. I will place three seperate orders with him in one day and then the next day..... I find that he has refunded lots of the $$ I paid in shipping. He doesn't have to do that but he did!! I changed and order last minute from a Feigao X motor to an XL, $differance, He didn't make me pay that money until I odered again!!! Thats supioror service. Steven rocks!!!! Heck, I tried to support my LHS. Drove a LONG way to get there, they told me that FE boats were "just muddin' up the waters for the nittro". Steven gets all my $$.

Never had any problem with Steven.... even if I order only once from him. I'll order from his company again as soon as I get back into the hobby.
