Death of a mini Rio
 

I went to the river with my bl mini Rio. Lit a cigar with a mini rio under my arm and it slipped. Shattered the hull. What now? Do I buy a another mini Rio? I have a bl system and 3 lipos for it. I liked it but I didn't love it. Maybe I buy a mini V or build a hull from scratch. I do need a boat that will be fast with a 2600kv bl motor. Any suggestions?

How bad is it?[&:] Is the hull fiberglass or plastic?[&:] and could you post pics of it?? I can tell if it can be fixed or not. i do autobody and paint for aliving. I'd worked with justabout all kinds of meterials.[8D]

It's thin abs plastic. It's not worth fixing. The whole boat was $89. Its in several pieces.

build a little balsa rigger from scratch only takes a saturday and you will be running sunday:D
