How to Test a ESC ?

I was wondering I have 4 ESC's laying around ... I have 2 old ones ..The 1 is a Futaba MC112B that I got back on the 90's when I was little .. and the other is a Traxxs XL1 that i got couple years on Ebay in a used RC car that I got but I took it out anyway so .. and I have 2 newer ones that I just got last year .. I wanted to test to make sure there putting out the Amps they say they do and make sure there still up to par .. or if there no good then just get rid of them.. So I was wondering what kind of tester do i buy to find this out.. I looked at testers when I was in lowes for other stuff .. But I wasnt sure cause it talks about house currents on the boxs ..so do I have to go to radio shack or something ..??? so if anyone has one and its easy to use and they like it Please tell me thanks.. Shaun : )

Go on tower and purchase the Micro Data Logger V3 from Eagle Tree.

This will allow you to log current voltage, mAh and a ton of other stuff. It's very useful if you are in to electric planes, cars, or boats.
