Help with prop shaft
 

I am having a problem removing the prop shaft on an Aquacraft Hammer EP so I can grease it. I purchased a 1.5mm hex wrench to remove the two screws holding the prop shaft in place, however one of them appears to be "stripped", or stuck, in place - I cannot remove it. Any helpful hints on removing the prop shaft would be appreciated.
