RE: ESC Issues
I think you need to reverse your throttle servo direction.
Those motors are O.k. but, you do get what you pay for. The sealed red coloured ones may be a bit better. I have a 6XL from them and it seems nice... never ran it yet... |
RE: ESC Issues
BIGTHANKS,BACKEMF! Setting the throttle to reverse resolved the motor spin-up when i turn the tx on andno reverse issue. It is a little strange though, since i think pulling trigger back should be for forward.</p> |
RE: ESC Issues
There is another issue, when i turned off the TX, the servo sometimes jerked aside. How do i fix it? |
RE: ESC Issues
Did you turn the receiver off first and then the transmitter?
|
RE: ESC Issues
No, i dont' have a switch for the receiver 8( . Ionly plug battery in.

RE: ESC Issues
As Jeff Foxworthy says: "HERE'SYOURSIGN!" LOL!! J/K!
|
RE: ESC Issues
Ok, i take that as i need a switch for the Rx 8)

RE: ESC Issues
Always unplug the battery before shutting down the transmitter. It should go forward when you pull back on the throttle - if it's reversed you have other issues. Seaking esc's have never given me any problems. Sdg
