Need Input for great output!

Hey guys, I starting my first full scale boat project and I need some suggestions on power, Lipos, and speed controls.

Goal:

1. Scale appearance & performance.
a. Resting waterline appearance
b. Cruise planing ability
c. Bow Navigation markers to scale
d. Bow Recessed Docking Lights

2. Torque, speed, endurance.
a. Powerful Brushless motor with enough RPM/Torque to feed through a MHZ gearbox to Dual Outdrives
b. Motor mount to fit between 5 inch rails (Prefer to mount motors as far to the rear as possible to achieve the scale look, while not sacrificing performance / reliability.
c. Li Po Batteries with enough capacity to handle the potential load, and maintain at least a 10-15 minute highest speed runtime.

3. power adjustable trim tabs & drive trim

4. Completely internal antenna system (2.4 GHZ)

Considering:

a.57 inch Expresscraft Osprey w/ Hatch for the hull. (I may custom form and build a hatch to replicate the real boat down to fittings, fabric covering, gauges, etc)
b. MHZ Speedmaster outdrives (Not sure if a dual motor, dual drive, or single motor, gearbox, dual drive setup will be utilized)
c. MHZ Gearbox

Is it feasible to utilize one or two outdrives on this sized hull.

Also, I am fairly anal about an extremely clean setup (Under hull water pick ups, cooling tubing placement, epoxy pooling, wiring routing, connections, waterproofing).
I do not have a particular budget either.

All suggestions welcomed and appreciated. Please be as detailed with your suggestions to include the reason for a particular choice, and the cause and effect for that choice.

Thanks, Shawn
