nqd setup

hey guys, i have and nqd highwind and was wondering if anyone could point me in a good direction to getting this boat into a fast boat, i dont mind it being a bit overpowered as long as it isnt too much. i will be making the hull in fiberglass so it will be a bit heavier than the normal one... i have searched and searched for knowledge on electric components but im only finding bits and pieces about escs and brushless setups and i never manage to get myself a concrete picture about what to use with what.im totally new to electric so please bear with me and if anyone has got a link to a complete tutorial on what is what please do forward the link.
anyway, if anyone has any good setup in mind please forward. i havent got an unlimited budget, and i think it will be a bit of a slow build so if i buy parts slowly, i wont mind so much the cost so i dont want to go cheap either.

anyway, thanks in advance.
