Traxxas ESC
 

The ESC in my Traxxas Blast seems to be malfuctioning. When I plug up the Batt. the motor runs, but at low RPM. There is no "idle", even with the switct turned off. It is a Nautica Matine waterproff ESC. Is this a known problem with this boat? Am I better off getting a better one from like....a land vehicle from Traxxas....such as the Rustler? I see it is more advanced; it has reverse, a training mode, an oversizes heatsink, and looks to be able to handle more current. And, of course it is waterproof......
