Sharpening the turn fin. Do you only sharpen one side of the turn fin (right side?). Also do you sharpen the entire right side including the bottom?

Yes on the right side only for all turn fins.
I also like to follow the sculpting on the right side bottom
reduces lift influence.

Try not to blend in the angle but try to keep it at a sharp 45-60 degree angle.
Yes, you should go all the way except near the mounting bracket where water isn't hitting it.
