Shaft lubrication
I have a Pro Boat 48" Rock Star that requires frequent greasing of the drive shaft. The manual says to remove it after every 30 minutes of operation. It's a PIA to remove because there are 3 very tiny bolts holding the strut to the mount.
Does anyone make a kit to add zerk fittings and seals to the drive line? Is there an aftermarket driveline I can upgrade to?
Thanks!
Dave

There are oiler kits available that only require a small hole to be drilled in the stuffing tube. I tried one but it leaked a lot but worth a shot to you. I used a 50-50 mix of STP Oil Treatment and 20 w 50 racing oil in mine. See if you can find one with a shut-off valve. Aeronarine RC has something along the lines that seals the engine end from making a mess.

Thanks Ron. I checked out Aero Marine and it looks like they have exactly what I'm looking for but they are sold out!
I'll keep checking around since now I know there are upgrades out there.
