Default shaft grease
is there a good shaft grease that is avialiable at the local hardware store???

I have been using High Temp Lithium grease from autozone with no problems.. One can will last you forever...

One of the best that I have used is the OMC Triple Guard grease

Most marine grease works, I like the Lucas or similar marine grease that is tacky to the touch.
