Push the exhaust in as far as you can, start from there. As you run it pull it out 1/4" at a time and run it some more to see what performance you get. Its all trial and error.

Thanks. so push the exhaust all the way in and then run it? the shorter the exhaust the more torque and less top end?

its the opposite. The shorter the pipe, the more RPM and less torque. The longer the pipe, the more torque and less RPM.

You can't get that header short enough, push it right up as close to the corner as you can get and still have the o rings seal. A 100* header will give you more power though.

Here is my Enforcer with the wtc pipe. Its a little squirlly at first and LOUD. The problem with the pipe all the way back is that you lose
good throttle control over the mid range of operation. You will have great top end and a good idle, but you will have inconsistant mid range( sputter). Not a big problem just keep juicing the throttle and enjoy the added hp & speed.

The motors flood real easly with this set up. Don't choke the motor. Put your finger over the stack pull the cord for two strokes
( thunk, thunk .If your finger is wet then pull, it should go. If you flood the motor then have someone hold the throttle open and pull til it clears itself, same as any flooded gas motor.

happy running, Keep the hobby alive.
ps if you want professional help, email Tony Castonovo of WareHouse Hobbies, [email protected] He will talk you through it.

regards,Pyro 1

Pyro keep playing with your needle settings, no reason for the pipe to change your mid range.

Sounds like you might have a broken clutch spring. I have broken many of them on our quarterscale cars. Been running warehouse boats for a long time now and never heard of anything else happening to the clutches. Hopefully its just that simple.

I talked to the staff of whh and they are very helpful. I have no complaints I'm just disappointed cause there was alot of people watching my boat yesterday at the local lake(talked trash all week long) and could not race my buddies.

was your collet tightened to the crank? seems weird the motor wil spin over but the prop wont turn

also did you put flat spots on the flexshaft so the drive dog stayt put and doesnt spin on the shaft.

i made that mistake myself

thanks 45deepvee so far everything is like its supposed to and the boat was running fine the week prior to that. I know that doesnt mean anything. last time I ran it it felt like it was bogging down from mid to high and vise versa but it was still running. As soon as I got home did all my cleaning and lubing.I really dont understand.

your confusing me .....first the engine doesnt turn then the prop wont now ...which is it .....if your motor was boggin down you could have smoked it , check your plug and make sure you dont have metal shavings on it or any metallic looking stuff around it
