V24 and Z DRIVE, any experience

My Feedback: (3)

Here is a pic of something similar done in europe.

Be a waste to do such a build with the Fuji motor. You may want to reinforce the hull a little too. Be a shame to spend money on a stern drive to run in a soft hull that is lacking power/reliability.

Did one with a RCM drive. Boat ran fine. I would ditch the Fuji engine for a zenoah if you want it to perform well.

I have the Zenoah engine installed in my boat, but I need that my hull get up the nose to run fast, maybe this drive give me this option. What is your opinion?

Your CG is probably too far aft. When you replace the fuji engine with the zenoah, you need to move the cg forward to account for the added HP. Adding a rcm drive to the rear of the boat will only make the problem worse. JAW can get the RCM drive for you if you want the scale looks of a stern drive, but it will not solve the problem of a poor set up. You are not too far from me if you need some help with the boat.
