Default Need Help building my 48" OffShore boat

Hi, I have a 48" fiberglass rc boat that i'm getting ready to build and could use any advice you're willing to share.

Right now the boat is in two pieces (hull and deck) and i just obtained a 22cc weedeater engine that has the clutch with it.

Not sure were to go from here. Anyone have any suggestions? I'd like to build the boat for Power and Speed.

Thanks everyone.
