Well depends what you want to trim inner tabs trim ride attitude up and down etc outer ones only work in turns.Have you run the boat to see if it even needs them or not?.If not id maybe run the boat and see how she handles without first. Most trim on a boat can be done with adjusting the drives angle ,tabs are just really for making smaller adjustments. Most racers i know dont use them at all,i dont have any on my stepped vee as yet but im having chine walk issues so i might yet need them .Personally id run it without and see how she runs first,if you really want to use them though i would go for dual ones the price is almost the same.Do they have them at zipkits he has some nice hardware i believe?.Which tabs did they use on the zipkits prototype ?.

Tony, I used the single/wide Speedmaster ones on mine. I don't suppose it will make a whole lot of difference which you use, just remember you will have the stringers in the way back there you have to get around when mounting them. Brian

I see what you're saying Brian.
I think I'll try it without first and see how she does and then add them if needed.
Thanks Guys.

for the first run keep the drive parralell to the keel and make sure the props sharp etc that way she will hopefully run pretty level and straight etc.you dont need much adjustment up or down to alter the boats handling drastically so small amounts of adjustment then retest how she runs if its needed
.
