Hi mate what motor you using for it?.,did your dad crash the cat .Mike g was sugesting on another apache thread to try two props if its a stock motor 2714/4 and 2814/4 both from dasboata. They turn easy but lots of torque ideal for big boat and stock zenoah.

No mate no crash this time round ..Hes had enough of the cyclone & Then this unused 56" hull came along with all hardware just requires engine /exhaust radio item s & all items to be fitted @ a unrealistic price[X(] hence i bought it for him.. it will defernatly take twins side by side ..But thats for a winter build later or once hes bored with the speed

uh oh, brain fart... i can see it now... twin zen 7's now that would be sweet. this winter while my apache is on the shelf, im gonna temporarily turn to the dark side and build a 90mph+ electric rigger. cant wait till spring now to see your finished boat. the apache is a really smooth running hull. lets see some pics mate.

RE: apache pics
Took it for its first run today bloody sailing day at the lake so had to return once they had left...I thought women got *****ey with each other !!! Me & my dad sat there laughing for atleast a hr .. boy this boat's fun i was on my own this time so put the camera on the bench and recorded some video & took some pics from my moby .Its a aeromarine apache 56 with a whh pro mod zen 26 .. You may have noticed i mentioned aeromarine hardware before ... it may be pratical but looked so wrong fitted on the boat we decided to remove it . The prop currently fitted is a 65mm 2 blade way to small bat was ample for testing .My dad must have the only autobailer that ive seen work this boat was bone dry after aproxx 30 mins in the water even when sitting still . Top secret rudder "cheers again Bill" .." Now for some paint decals drivers any suggestions ?? "its begging for twins"

RE: apache pics
Wow, that looks alot like my boat that im starting to build. Its my first time building one and apparently mine is an Apache replica? (Not sure if it is an apache or not) Not sure it had an amps style outdrive on it with a weedeater motor. Ive just finished reglassing everything and im putting a new drive/rudder system on it along with a new motor.

RE: apache pics
Thats one of the good points for the Apache's,very little water gets in.
Mine also comes back bone dry after several tanks in rough water.
