Default Winter time ..... What a great build to be had !

80 pieces worth of pure perfection in design and engineering

What first looked daunting will be in fact GREAT FUN and a joy to take the time in building.

Yup, a Thunder boat, and not just any thunder boat .... but a LAUTERBACH reproduction.

About time Scott . Please post the build process like you did with the Whip.
Just out of curiousity, are you going to build it according to Brian's spec, or are you going to work your magic into it again?

For the class it runs in, going to be by the book for the most part.
Likely to get some more beefing up for buoy killin and going to look at secondary ride pads ?

Here is the early build info so you RC boaters have an idea whats required

Thanks for letting us peek over your shoulder Scott.
I found out quickly when building any wood boat kit to invest in a lot of clamps of every shape and size.
