MHZ make a NACA duct. You might also check out various drag racing and auto body mod sites - though some can be quite large.

what size are you looking for
Go to hobby shop and look at lexan bodies for rc cars some have the ducts just cut them out and use them seen them used in rc planes also

If you do a web search you will find the theory and design concept for NACA ducts. I think you would be better off building your own from light plastic sheeting and see how it works plus you can size them to fit your boat.... It's easy cheap and something fun to do.....

Thanks for the suggestions guys but I don't want to try and make one and here in the Virgin Islands there are no hobby shops either, I posted on the dock and Kyle the carbon fiber guy said he had some but to date no reply from him Email or private message. the only reply was from Tony in New Zealand and I guess the shipping might be more than the ducts? So I guess I"ll give Dr Lou at Mhz[sm=drowning.gif] a try, not expecting any good results from what I've read on these boating forums.
