No one that I know of makes RTR, in the bigger boats, that is turbine powered. However, if you want to get a feel for the investments required peruse this website www.mhzusa.com.
You will note that 1/8 scale is generally as big as the models get. Given that a full size of shore catamaran racer is in the neighbourhood of 50 feet, 10 foot long models would be a chore to handle.
Of course there is the odd canoe out there, right Matt!

The hull htat has been getting all the Turbine attention lately is the Mystic (mostly MHZ built and maybe one or two by Swissmodelpowerboatteam HPR). Go to youtube and type in the like and you will see some pretty trick boats pop up. At $5,000 PER turbine a twin build can get pricey quick (to say the least). But there is nothing so cool as simply a Twin Turbine Mystic Cat.
