On behalf of all from "GAS GUZZLERS" RC Power Boat racing club ! WELCOME !

Since recently posting some of our Local "Gas Guzzler" F1 Gas out-board club racing video's from Cape Town -South Africa on You Tube, we have had a wonderful response from so many folk around the world, sharing there appreciation and absolute enjoyment, watching the action packed racing.

Collectively, in less than a week, we have had over 600 views of the videos.

As a result we have decided to step it up ! in Gas Guzzler fashion.

As we go into our first race meeting in July, of five, for our 2011 Winter Champs - we thought it would be great to establish a forum dedicated to hosting the Winter Championship as it rolls out, for those of you who have an interest in following the racing, to be a part of it.

All our F1 outboard races for each Club Meeting of the Championship will be uploaded on YouTube within the week following the racing. The Race results will be posted, with the updated score sheets.

Each pilot taking part will REGISTER and participate in the forum. We will share details of our boats, motors,pipes and props and some pics. Share some of our strategy for the upcoming race ! and reflect on the past race.

We welcome those of you who are keen on following the Championship to join in on the Forum and to share any views- knowledge - advise and predictions !

The SPIRIT of this will be in a GOOD SPORTSMANSHIP FASHION and we hope to present a wonderful experience for all of you who are as passionate about Racing RC F1 Gas Outboards- as we are !

The responce has been amazing and really look forward to the upcoming pics!!!! Hopefully this will spark a few more veiwers to become forum members so they can get in on the action and share their knowledge.
Looking forward to Roland getting a pic of his boat up as I am keen to have a look at the boat I have predicted to win the next race.

I am really liking Rolands boat. A good sticker set on white really comes up well-maybe I should get a price from the car body shop to get my hull painted in white?

I cant wait for the races, it will be survival of the fittest and luckiest out there on the day !!!! It will be very interesting to what if any hardware failures arrise under such punishing racing- good luck to those flex shafts, they have got some hard work ahead of them!!
