HELP Gas Deep Vee Unstable?

I have a 48" Capricorn Deep Vee. I have been slowly updating it. I put Zenoah PUM 30 with a V2 Pipe and updated the electronics. I have been running a Prather 275 prop. Boat runs great in slightly rough to perfectly water up to 2/3 throttle. After 2/3 throttle it starts leaning side to side. Almost like torque roll but one way than the other and gets worse the longer I stay in it and eventually it will lean so far it crashes. Theres two ways to stop it. 1: Back off throttle. 2: Add a slight amount of steering. With a slight amount of steering I can stay 100% throttle with the boat running in this big arc and is very stable. Just wont do this in a strait line. I am at a loss as to what's wrong. I tried to add pics but the site wont let me until I have 10 posts or more apparently? Any advise would be appreciated!

Have you checked your trim tables to make sure they are symmetric?

It sounds like you've got a chine-walking issue with the rocking. Most of the time it's a problem with strut height. You might have to raise it just a little. If you have a smaller prop handy, try that to see if that helps to cure it.

well known issue

Lengthen the rudder blade by 5cm and try again
