what exactly do i need other than the bag to set up an iv bag fuel system?

2 - 4 small zip ties and fuel line.

Cut one of the tubes off the bottom of the bag (leaving some tube to wrap the zip ties around), spray some WD40 or fuel on the fuel line, push it up into the bag and wrap 2 zip ties around the join making sure the lugs on the zip ties are 180* opposite to get a good seal.

You can put 2 lines in if you want, 1 as a filler line with a removable plug in it, and the other line to the carb. That's the way most people run them.

Then all you will need is a fuel pump to fill the bag.

what is the t joint i see on some of them?

thats klets you run your vent fitting from the carb back into the main fuel line. this way you do not vent unused fuel into the water and out of the boat. makes it a closed fuel system

Some people also run their filling line into a T instead of a separate line into the bag. it's up to you what you want to do.

thats basically same thing im talking about. i ran my t fitting straight in line with the supply line straight, with the return diving back into it.

My T-fitting is where I fuel it up at as it came with a cap plus the mounting hardware so that I can drill a hole in the deck if I wish.
