Default what kind of boat

So I made a trade that I now wish I wouldn't have done, but anyways. Does anyone know anything about this boat. From what I know it needs a propeller.

It's going to need the propshaft and drive dog also unless those aren't shown.
Typical "Asian" RTR boat, not very well thought out with the exposed radio gear. The high tank mounting may lead to flooding issues.
I hope that you didn't get the worst end of the deal but thinking that you did.

With it being an "unknown" brand it may not be easy trying to find parts for it. Any info from the previous owner would help a lot, especially brand name. There's a lot of "Batboats" on the market, now just finding the right one is the trick. Sometimes they can be found on eBay.

Oh,great! I spent well over a half-hour trying to find one like it from eBay to just about every RTR nitro boat site that I could find, even trying Google. Possibly a steerable outdrive from a Traxxas, Kyosho or CEN Racing boat could be adapted.
Hopefully a lesson learned the hard way. Buy only something that has a known brand name and you can get parts for here in the states.

Yea I spent a while trying to find stuff. Yea I usually don't do what I did but I was trying to be nice and I guess I shouldn't have. I thank you for your help. I'm going to take it to a shop Wednesday and see if they have anything
