hi! i'm wondering if there's a considerable difference between a TUNED PIPE, MUFFLED TUNED PIPE, AND A QUIET PIPE.

Yes ... for best performace . The order you listed is best to worst .
For quietness , reverse the order .
Now , is there a BIG difference beween each >>>>> no ... BUT , if you are "racing" , then , YES , the difference to those "racers" means everything ! To a playboater just whipping around a lake/pond , there is no difference , other than possibly pissing off the locals because of the noise ...

noise is my concern, i don't want to disturb people. not planning to race, just play around.
is it possible to use a muffled pipe designed for .21 engine in a .12 or .15 engine?
