Coyote Outrigger Information
Could anyone out there give me any information on the Coyote Outrigger. I purchased a older model to work on this winter with my sons, and to take out to the lake next spring to play around with. I know that Don Pinkert built the boat but I need contact information if any for this boat. I am looking to purchase the hardware for this boat.
Any and all information would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you
Doug Long

Hello Doug Long,
What is your price range?
I know of several hardware items that will work, do you want in-line rudder systems or offset?

Your best bet is to use Speedmaster or CMD Racing hardware on this boat. This is one place not to scrimp on. www.rossisales.com http://cmdracing.com/

CEO, that drive won't handle the power that his 'rigger puts out. The Pinkert boats were mostly in the .45 or .67 size.
Doug, you didn't mention which size that you have or what you have for power. Some pix would be cool too.
notice the strut bracket, it's on backwards in the photo.

Ron, the prson I purchased the boat from ran a .65 and .82 engine in it. He also didn't take very good care of it either. We are still trying to decide which size engine we want for our new play toy. I don't have any pictures of it yet as we are in the process of stripping the boat down to bare wood and refinshing it and also replacing radio box and hardware. As soon as we are done stripping it down and making some repairs I will post pictures.
Thank you for your much needed help.

I have a Don Pinkert Daytona and have always used Speedmaster hardware. Unfortunately I am forced to sell them. These are some great boats. Check my E-Bay adds for my 90 Hydro Item number: 5938270881 and also my 21 Hydro Item number: 5938282298. My user name on E-Bay is Tbdeaux.
