Default OPS .60 Parts

I have an OPS .60 engine and I am looking for the backmount and Carburator for it. Old engine but great shape nonetheless, even have the original RED anodized head for it and aftermarket water cooling head. Can anyone help me with this issue???

Thanks for any info.
Jeff

Try Aeromarine Laminates, they've got a good supply of OPS parts and ship quickly. http://www.aeromarinerc.com/

www.niagaramarinehobbies.com stocks ops parts also, seem like good people. i have the same engine as you - the red anodizing. and im mising the exhaust manifold, they told me that the .67 parts will fit our motor though, so im upgrading to the water cooled exhaust plate and marine header from the .67. I think both aeromarine and niagara want 80 for a new carb. looks as if your missing the locking screw to hold the carb on also, make sure you let them know that.

Thanks Piper Chuck, I will give them a try. Need to get these parts if possible - Can't quite justify a new engine yet. If the parts cannot be found, I might end up getting the new OPS .67 someday!
Do you think the .60 will be sufficient for the 48" atlas van lines?

@ Strecker25- The way the carburetor mounts onto the .67 they list is a little different. Does yours have the backplate /Carb Plate Carb connection on the top of the plate. The .67 shows it as a center mount and a little further back. I wonder if it will still work with the .60

This is what I will need to purchase to get it back to par:

Carburetor
water cooled exhaust plate and marine header
Head gasket
Back Carb mount plate
Screw set for the engine.
I think it will be worth the investment, This is a killer engine.

yea carb mounts different, and i didnt ask directly as the only part i need as far as that goes is the high speed needle, mine was broken off on the inside. I asked them a couple times to make sure the exhaust parts will fit our motor, and he said yes so im thinking itll be ok. You got any specs as far as bhp/rpm goes on this motor? i know it can turn out some serious numbers, and i got it on ebay for only 60$ a few years back

and i hope this motors sufficient, itll be pushing along my miller american

Hello Jeff

I got a bunch of new and used parts for the OPS 60 i got the same engine i my sons boat and a OPS 90 in mine.
i could see from your photos that your engine didnt got any water cooled sylinder head.
if you try to run this engine without you will ruin the engine.
so just tell me what you need perhaps i got it

Hello MHOLS - I actually have the water cooled head as well, it is just not mounted on the engine. The parts needed to get it running again are:

Carburator
Back Carb mount plate that the carburator mounts too and the carb locking pin.

I see you are in Norway, What would you charge for these parts if you have them?

Thanks, Jeff

@ MHOLS - Here are a couple more pictures of the engine, Carb Side. Can you take pictures of the parts you have to sell? Interested if you can help out, I love this engine but need the parts, It was my Dad's engine and want to get it back to par.
Thanks

@ Strecker 25 - NiagaraMarineHobbies just emailed me back and stated that they would be happy to sell me a Brand New .67 OPS for $359.00 - Not too bad of a deal considering it comes with a pipe.
ALot out of my budget though at this time[]
Here is their reply:
