Default Finish my NH surface drive but I have a Problem

I finally finish putting a surface drive into my hammer, but when I finish I noticed that I had turning problems. I also put a new servo (futaba s 3003). My rudder hardly turns. I tried it in my pool and it would turn only a bit. Here are some pics. Please Guys see if u can help. Here are some PICS

on the rudder put the pin as far in as you can, give you more rotation per movement. If that does not fix it move the pin on your servo arm all the way out.

Also check your transmitter make sure you dont have the range turned down or something simple like that

looks neat, do u have a side view showing the prop?

check ur servo if it's throwing 30 degrees each side.

u may check also the EZ link to the rudder horn should have a play and not be tight...hope these help.

ok heres the real issue, like said move the connector in on the rudder arm and out on the servo, but the big thing i see right away, make sure that the servo arm is strait out at neutral and that the rudder arm is also strait out, that should help alot.

Thank u guys. I did move the pin as far as it can go in both places and change my servo to the stock one that came with the boat and it looks like it improve a bit. I have to wait until I tested on the water. How far is my rudder suppose to turn? Thanks

You might need a turn fin on that boat. Where are your trim tabs?
