Default Alternative motors in project boat

Hey all, im a noob to this scene,

However im obtaining a 650mm mould for a rc mono that i want to nitro power.

ive been looking at a "team infinity" .18 marine motor, however i have a few questions.

I can get a .21 car "force" motor for much the same money, but will an air cooled motor survive in marine applications?

I will be buying a rudder with water pick up, so i would wrap the heatsink in thin copper tubing, hooked up to the water pick up, so i would have some primative water cooling on top of the air cooling from the heatsink.

I can also get my hands on "webra" heli engines, i can get a .32 .35 or .36 for less or equal money to either of the two above mentioned motors, however i have no idea how i would be able to start it...

I am located in aus,
any advice is greatly appreciated

Ben
